Safelite® Solutions strives to be the preferred partner of insurance companies to support and grow their business and has hired an experienced claims leader in a newly created role. Mike Naoom joined Safelite Solutions as AVP, Claims Experience, this summer.

In this new position, Naoom will help further Safelite’s expertise in contact centers and policyholder service by utilizing his vast knowledge of the insurance industry and opportunities to improve the current claims process. He also will lead efforts to continue to expand Safelite’s service offerings beyond its core expertise of glass claims.

“We’re seeking to reinvent the industry by creating a new and better claims process,” said Safelite Solutions Senior Vice President Dino Lanno. “We’ve received numerous inquiries from insurance executives interested in improving the overall policyholder experience.”

Naoom will be responsible for leveraging the experience of Safelite’s existing team to respond to policyholder needs. He will work with cross-functional partners across service delivery, technology, sales, and field operations to ensure Safelite is delivering the best possible services to the market.

Naoom brings an extensive amount of experience in leading professional services and strategic support organizations. He began his career in the retail automotive industry where he worked both in dealers’ service and body shops. He spent 13 years at Nationwide Insurance in various roles including field claims associate, direct repair manager, vendor manager and total loss director. Most recently Naoom worked for a software provider for the insurance and collision industry.
